Program Details
Join Shirley Corbett, APSEA Speech and Language Pathologist, and Jen Hurren, Acting Coordinator for Atlantic Provincial Connections – BVI in this session focusing on literacy development for children with CVI and explore ways to families and caregivers can support and engage learners with CVI in literacy activities at home that to develop comprehension skills through visual, tactile, and auditory means. Additionally, this session will explore how technology can be used to support literacy for learners with CVI.
